Immigrant Rights
The PEOC is recognized throughout the region, and increasingly throughout the state, as a leading immigrant rights organization in eastern Los Angeles County and the Inland Empire. Our Immigrant Rights Department engages in affordable immigration legal services, know your rights presentations, outreach and education, coalition building, and campaigns that aim to directly improve living conditions for the working-class immigrant community in Pomona and the IE.
Our Legal Services
We are recognized by the Department of Justice, and our legal representatives are Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA) Accredited to provide immigration legal services. Services can be obtained for free or at a low cost. Services include: consultations, green card renewals, fee waivers, DACA renewals, citizenship, and more.
We currently take consultations by appointment only. There are two methods to schedule a consultation.
